Any service cancelled by the client prior to 24 hours of the appointment start date/time is entitled to a full refund.
Any service cancelled by the client within 24 hours of the start date/time will not receive any refund.

All services cancelled by Utsav will always receive full refunds.

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase.
